Our Process
Our Standard Process For Most Web Design And Software Projects

We're almost at this phase with your organization already! This is where we take some time to understand your basic project requirements, organizational needs, and overall goals. We also estimate the project timeline and costs/hours requried for completion. Once the client signs the contract/proposal, we move on to phase 2.

During this phase of the project the St. Louis Web Design team will develop an interactive wireframe showcasing our vision for the project. The client will be able to click through the wireframe (just like if it were a completed site) and ensure the structure is inclusive to their needs and then sign off and approve the concept.

Using the approved interactive wireframe as a guide, the St. Louis Web Design team will work to complete a project spec that will serve as a comprehensive reference regarding project functionality for the project moving forward.

For front end projects St. Louis Web Design creates up to 10 different graphic mockups for the client. We then work with the client to finalize to the design to their liking. During this phase we also design the database structure if one is required.

During this phase of the project we take into account all of the information and data from the first 4 phases of the project and start in on development. We have an open development policy where our clients can access the project in a beta environment while it is being coded so they can follow along with progress and make comments and suggestions.

After completion of major development, we audit the site for performance and security issues and correct them if we find any.

Once final approval is received, we assist the client in launching the website or web application and getting it live on their domain!
After Project Conclusion
Unlike many of our competitors, St. Louis Web Design takes time to engage with our clients after the completion of their project. We always follow up to ensure that the client is happy with the project and to get feedback to help us further improve and refine our company processes. On top of that, we offer a system warranty after delivery free of charge. This allows our clients the peace of mind to know we stand behind them and our work.
